About 1429 Park Street
1429 Park Street was built in 1920 as a part of the United States Rubber Company campus in the Parkville neighborhood. Tires for bicycles and early automobiles were produced in the art-deco style building. Presently, 1429 Park Street is a mixed use building, with nearly 100 apartment units. While all of the modern improvements have been made to its interior, the bones of the building remain the same, giving each unit a hip industrial chic vibe. In addition, residents can enjoy a brew from Dead Language Beer Project, or lunch and coffee from Petrolhead Cafe.
